The 10-minute Sunday review that makes your saves useful

Saving is easy. Using what you save is the hard part. The fix is not a better app or a bigger plan — it is a tiny weekly habit. Ten minutes on Sunday is enough to turn a pile of links into things you actually do.

Minute 1–2: Look at your week

Open your vault and look at what you saved this week. BuzVault’s weekly digest shows how many things you saved and which categories they went into, so you can see at a glance where your attention went.

Minute 3–5: Delete without guilt

Some saves were good in the moment and are not useful now. Delete them. A smaller vault is a vault you will open. If you are not sure, keep it — but be honest about the ones you will never use.

Minute 6–8: Pick three things to do

Choose three saves you will actually act on this week — one recipe to cook, one article to read, one thing to buy or book. Set a reminder on each one: “Tomorrow morning”, “This weekend” or “Next week”. When the reminder arrives, the link is one tap away.

Minute 9–10: Tidy one category

Open one category and fix anything that landed in the wrong place. Add a note to anything you will want to find later. Rotate the category each week, and in a month your whole vault is in order.

Why it works

  • It is small. Ten minutes is easy to keep up, so you actually keep doing it.
  • It ends in action. Three reminders turn “someday” into “this week”.
  • It keeps search sharp. Fewer junk saves mean better results when you search.

Put a 10-minute slot in your calendar for this Sunday. That is the whole system.
