The short version. BuzVault Premium is sold through Google Play, so Google takes the payment and Google handles refunds first. Ask Google in the Play app or on the web. If Google declines because you are outside its time limit, email us and we will look at it ourselves.
Who you actually paid
When you subscribe to Premium, the payment is taken by Google Play, not by us. Google is the merchant for that sale. We never see your card, UPI ID or bank details, and we cannot charge you, cancel your subscription for you, or issue a refund to your payment method ourselves.
Step 1 — ask Google Play
Google is the fastest route and in most cases the only one that can put money back on your card automatically.
- Open the Google Play app, or go to play.google.com.
- Find the BuzVault Premium order in your order history.
- Request a refund and say why.
Google’s own instructions and its current time limits are here: Get a refund on Google Play.
Google sets that time limit and can change it, so we do not repeat it here — the link above is always the current position.
Step 2 — if Google says no, ask us
If Google declines your request because it was outside Google’s time limit, email help@buzvault.com from the email address on your BuzVault account and tell us:
- the Google Play order ID (it is in your Play order history and in Google’s receipt email);
- roughly when you subscribed;
- what went wrong.
We look at these case by case. We will reply within 24 hours and tell you our decision and the reason for it. Where we agree a refund is due, we ask Google to process it — it goes back to the payment method you used, because that is the only route available to us.
This does not take away any right you have under the consumer law of your own country. If you have a non-waivable right to cancel or to a refund, that right applies regardless of what this page says.
Free trials
If your subscription started with a 7-day free trial, you are not charged during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing — there is nothing to refund, because nothing was taken. You keep Premium until the trial’s end date.
If you let the trial run out, the first payment is taken and the rest of this page applies.
Cancelling
Cancelling and refunding are different things.
- Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. Do it in Google Play: Cancel a subscription on Google Play.
- A refund returns money already taken. That is what this page is about.
⚠️ Deleting your BuzVault account does not cancel your subscription and does not refund it. Cancel in Google Play first, or you will keep being billed for an account that no longer exists.
What we do not refund
- A period you have already used, where the service was working as described.
- A subscription you forgot to cancel, except where Google’s policy or your local consumer law says otherwise.
- Anything bought from someone other than Google Play. Premium is only sold through Google Play — if you paid anyone else for “BuzVault Premium”, we have no record of it and cannot help.
If the service was broken
If Premium did not work — the features you paid for were unavailable for a meaningful period, or the subscription did not unlock at all — tell us and we will sort it out, including a refund where that is the right answer. That is a service failure on our side, not a change of mind, and we treat it differently.
Questions
See our Terms of Use for the subscription terms, or our Privacy Policy for what we receive from Google when you buy (a purchase token and a status — never your card).
