1. Who you are agreeing with
BuzVault is operated by Viharnika Enterprise LLP (LLPIN ACH-6769), 11, Ishwar Krupa Society, Jagatpur Road, Chandlodiya, Ahmedabad 382481, Gujarat, India (“we”, “us”). By using the app or these web pages you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use BuzVault.
2. Age — you must be 18 or over
BuzVault is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use it. By using BuzVault you confirm that you are.
We do not ask for your date of birth and we do not verify your age. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete the data.
3. Your account
- BuzVault works without an account. Creating one lets you sync across devices and share boards.
- One device can be signed in to one account at a time.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity under your account.
- You may delete your account at any time — see Delete your account.
4. What you save is yours
You keep all rights to the links, notes and tags you save. We claim no ownership of them. We store and process them only to provide the service described in our Privacy Policy — which includes sending some of a save’s text (its title, the description taken from the public page, the creator, your tags and category) to Google’s Gemini API to categorise it and make it searchable. Your private notes are never sent.
BuzVault stores links to content hosted elsewhere, along with publicly available information about those links such as the title and thumbnail. We do not host, copy or re-publish the underlying videos, images or articles. The rights in that content belong to whoever made it, and your use of it is subject to the terms of the site it is on.
5. What you publish
Your vault is private until you choose otherwise. When you share a board or set a public @handle, the content described in the Privacy Policy becomes visible to anyone with the link. You are responsible for what you publish, and you grant us the limited licence we need to display it on those pages for as long as you keep sharing enabled.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use BuzVault to:
- publish content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit material involving minors;
- impersonate anyone, or use a handle, display name or board name designed to mislead;
- publish slurs or abusive language in any text that becomes public — handles, display names, bios and shared board names are automatically filtered, and a match is rejected;
- infringe someone else’s intellectual property or privacy;
- attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or to access another user’s data;
- evade a block, a removal, or your free allowance — including by deleting and re-creating an account (see section 7).
How we handle reports, what we remove, and the timelines we work to are described on Grievance Officer and in section 10 below.
9. Reports and removal
Anyone can report public content from the page itself or from the app. We review reports and may remove content, hide a profile, or suspend an account that breaks these terms. Removal decisions are ours to make; where we remove something we aim to act within 24 hours of a report. A report you file is a record about someone else’s content and is kept even if you later delete your account, with your identity removed from it.
10. Availability and the services we depend on
BuzVault is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features.
We rely on third parties, and an outage at any of them can affect the service: our hosting provider, Google Sign-In, Google Play (payments), Google AdMob (ads), Google’s Gemini API (AI), Google Web Risk (link checks), our email provider and our backup storage. They are listed with what each one does in the Privacy Policy.
Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
11. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for lost data, or for loss of profits or goodwill arising from your use of BuzVault. This includes anything arising from AI output (see 7.4), from an advertisement shown in the app, or from content published by another user.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any non-waivable right you have under the consumer law of your own country.
Where liability can be limited, our total liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid for BuzVault through Google Play in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Ending it
You may stop using BuzVault and delete your data at any time — see Delete your account. Remember to cancel a Premium subscription in Google Play separately (7.3).
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, or if we are required to by law. When we close an account:
- the person can still sign in and read their own vault — closing is not deletion, and we do not delete your saves as a punishment;
- everything they had made public stops being reachable;
- we tell them the reason, and they can complain to our Grievance Officer, who must answer within 15 days.
Separately, we may take down a specific board, profile or save without closing the account. The owner keeps their copy in their private vault either way.
A closed account does not entitle you to a refund of a subscription period already paid, except where the law or our Refund Policy says otherwise.
On termination, the sections that by their nature should survive (4, 10, 11 and 13) continue to apply.
13. Governing law and where disputes go
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
If you are a consumer, this does not take away any right you have to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, where the law of that country gives you that right.
This does not limit any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do, and material changes are announced in the app before taking effect. Continuing to use BuzVault after a change means you accept it.
15. Grievance Officer
As an intermediary in India we name a Grievance Officer under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. That is Viralkumar Patel, Grievance Officer, Viharnika Enterprise LLP, at grievance@buzvault.com. A complaint is acknowledged within 24 hours and disposed of within 15 days; a complaint about non-consensual intimate imagery is acted on within 24 hours, and a lawful court or government order within 36 hours. How to complain, and what to include, is on Grievance Officer.
